One of the dreams of a cricket player is to hit six sixes in an over. Lalit Yadav has done that not once, but twice. In a T20 match played at Najafgarh Sports Complex, Lalit Yadav smashed six sixes in an over while playing for Sporting Club. He scored 130 runs in only 46 balls and shocked the people around him. Prior to this, he smacked six sixes in an over during the DDCA T20 League at Feroz Shah Kotla. Lalit Yadav is a right-handed batter and can also contribute with his off-breaks. Yadav made his first-class debut in 2017 against Maharashtra, where he scored a half-century in the first innings. The following year, he played his first List A game. In his first four innings of first-class cricket, he made three fifties, which indicates consistency. Yadav became a regular in the Delhi team in all three formats after making his T20 debut in the same year in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. After looking at his domestic performances and three-dimensional abilities, he earned a contract from Delhi for the 2020 Indian Premier League but did not get any games. However, he was retained by them and finally made his debut the following season. He has been a utility player for the Delhi side and gives them a good all-around option. He was once again signed by them for the 2023 season. Yadav is still young, and with his talent and potential, he has a bright future ahead of him.
